Jesus is Lord

Colossians 1:15–20 (NLT)
15 Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,
16 for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see— such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
17 He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together.
18 Christ is also the head of the church, which is his body. He is the beginning, supreme over all who rise from the dead. So he is first in everything.
19 For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ,
20 and through him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of Christ’s blood on the cross.

Jesus, you are truly Lord of all. You are the visible image of the invisible God. You are God in the flesh. You existed before anything was created, and you are supreme over all creation. In the beginning, you already existed; you had no beginning. Through you all things have been created, everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. You made everything we can see, this earth and everything in it, and you made everything we can’t see; the thrones, the kingdoms, the rulers, and the authorities in the heavenly world. Everything has been created through you, and for you, and it’s all coming back to you. You existed before all things, and you hold all things together.
Jesus, you are the head of the Church, and we are your body. You are the beginning; you are supreme over all who rise from the dead, so you are first in everything. You are Lord, absolutely, completely, in every way; you are Lord. All the fullness of God dwells in you. And through you Lord Jesus, God has reconciled all things to Himself. By your sacrifice on the cross, peace has been made with everything in heaven and on earth. Your sacrifice was sufficient to reconcile all things to yourself. Everything that was separated from you by rebellion and sin, you reconciled in that single act, including me. Jesus, you are Lord. You are truly Lord of all, and I worship you as Lord, as my Lord. Thank you for reconciling me. In your precious name, amen.
